FAQ
Questions, answered
Is this really free?
Yes. Every document is free to download, with no account or email required.
Does this guarantee OSHA compliance?
No. There is no official OSHA form for most of these documents. OSHA requires that the pieces exist and are filled out and kept current, such as the written program, chemical inventory, labels, and training records. It does not require a specific template. These give you a clear, standardized starting point that lines up with what OSHA looks for. Filling them out accurately and adjusting them for your workplace is your responsibility, and they are not legal advice.
Are the documents current?
They follow the 2024 HazCom update and GHS Rev. 7 formatting (29 CFR 1910.1200).
Can I use these without a Three Ring Systems binder?
Yes. The resources work on their own, and they fit especially well inside the Three Ring Systems SDS Binder.
